Salary Range: $66,000 - $99,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic decision-making and forecasting for manufacturing operations.

• Prepare detailed financial reports, dashboards, and presentations for management, highlighting key performance indicators within the manufacturing division.

• Partner with operations and supply chain teams to understand operational drivers and their financial impact.
• Evaluate potential risks and opportunities related to raw material pricing, production efficiency, and market demand within the manufacturing sector.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Strong proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, financial planning software).
• Proven ability to analyze complex financial data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis in a manufacturing environment.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with ERP systems like SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics
• Familiarity with Six Sigma or Lean manufacturing principles
