Salary Range: $49,000 - $76,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive first article inspections (FAI) according to AS9102 standards.
• Interpret complex engineering drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
• Utilize a wide range of precision measuring instruments and equipment, including CMMs.
• Document detailed inspection results, identifying and reporting non-conformances.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain accurate records of all inspection activities and results.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of inspection processes and procedures.

Recommended Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in quality inspection within a manufacturing environment.
• Proficient in interpreting engineering drawings, blueprints, and GD&T specifications.
• Strong knowledge of various measurement tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers, CMM).
• Experience performing First Article Inspections (FAI) according to AS9102 or similar standards.
• Ability to document inspection results accurately and generate detailed reports.
