Salary Range: $56,000 - $83,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We are partnering with organizations in Holt that are seeking Finishing Supervisors. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee final product inspection and quality control.
• Manage and train finishing team members.

• Optimize workflow and efficiency in the finishing department.

Recommended Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing finishing processes (e.g., painting, polishing, assembly).
• 2+ years of supervisory experience in a production environment.
• Proven ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Strong understanding of quality control principles and lean manufacturing methodologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to train and motivate a team.
• Bachelor's degree in manufacturing, engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).
