Salary Range: $57,000 - $84,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the final inspection and packaging of finished goods.
• Manage and schedule finishing line personnel, including training and performance reviews.
• Ensure all finished products meet quality standards and customer specifications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to equipment operation and product defects in the finishing area.
• Implement and maintain safety protocols and procedures within the finishing department.
• Optimize workflow and efficiency on the finishing line to meet production targets.
• Collaborate with production and quality control teams to address any product or process improvements.

Recommended Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing finishing processes (e.g., painting, polishing, assembly).
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team of production operators.
• Strong understanding of quality control principles and lean manufacturing methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Experience with production scheduling and resource allocation.
