Salary Range: $44,000 - $75,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance on manufacturing equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical failures.
• Conduct preventative maintenance inspections.
• Calibrate and adjust machinery for optimal performance.

• Order and manage spare parts inventory.
• Collaborate with production to minimize downtime.

Recommended Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience performing maintenance and repair on industrial manufacturing equipment.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical schematics.
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical, electrical, and control system issues.
• Experience with preventative maintenance programs and computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS).
• Technical degree or certification in a relevant field (e.g., Industrial Maintenance, Mechatronics).
