Salary Range: $74,000 - $108,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We partner with manufacturers across Delta Township seeking Master Schedulers who want more than a lateral move. These companies hire intentionally, and we connect them with professionals ready for roles that fit.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the master production schedule, considering capacity, material availability, and customer demand.
• Collaborate with sales, production, and procurement to ensure alignment of the production plan with business objectives.
• Monitor inventory levels and adjust schedules to optimize stock, minimize obsolescence, and prevent shortages.
• Analyze production performance and identify opportunities for schedule improvements and efficiency gains.
• Utilize ERP/MRP systems to manage scheduling activities and generate reports on production status.
• Lead cross-functional meetings to review production plans, address constraints, and resolve scheduling conflicts.
• Forecast future production needs based on sales forecasts, historical data, and market trends.

Recommended Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in production planning, scheduling, or master scheduling within a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated expertise with ERP/MRP systems, specifically in module configuration and data interpretation for scheduling.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex production data and develop actionable scheduling strategies.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• APICS CSCP or CPIM certification preferred.
