Salary Range: $61,000 - $93,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We are collaborating with manufacturing firms in Wyoming that are seeking skilled Industrial Electricians. These organizations are dedicated to maintaining high standards and are looking for professionals who can contribute effectively. Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain industrial electrical and electronic control systems and components.
• Install, test, and commission new electrical equipment and control systems.
• Perform preventative maintenance on electrical systems and machinery to minimize downtime.
• Interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.
• Calibrate and adjust electrical instruments and equipment to ensure proper operation.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies, including Lockout/Tagout procedures.

Recommended Qualifications

• Journeyman Electrician certification or equivalent.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical schematics and blueprints.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for complex electrical systems (up to 480V, 3-phase).
• Experience with PLCs, VFDs, and industrial control systems.
• Familiarity with preventative maintenance programs and safety protocols (NFPA 70E).
• Ability to perform conduit bending, wire pulling, and device installation.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with robotic systems and their electrical components.
• PLC programming or advanced troubleshooting experience beyond basic fault finding.
• Certification or specialized training in a specific area (e.g., thermography, power quality analysis).
• Ability to read and interpret complex schematics for integrated systems (e.g., control, network).
• Experience with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) for work order management and documentation.
