Salary Range: $83,000 - $128,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity
We are partnering with organizations in Allendale that are seeking HR Managers. These companies are committed to building strong teams and are looking for professionals who can lead initiatives effectively. Key Responsibilities
- Oversee full employee lifecycle, from recruitment to offboarding.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with labor laws.
- Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
- Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and fairness.
- Drive talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain skilled manufacturing talent.
- Lead performance management processes, including goal setting and annual reviews.
- Ensure a safe and compliant working environment by adhering to EHS regulations.
Recommended Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a management role within a manufacturing environment
- Proven knowledge of employment law (e.g., FMLA, ADA, FLSA, OSHA) and HR best practices
- Demonstrated experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems)
- Strong understanding of safety regulations and their application in a manufacturing setting
Bonus Qualifications
- SHRM-SCP certification
- Experience with HRIS implementation and optimization
- Familiarity with Lean manufacturing principles
- Proficiency in a second language (e.g., Spanish, Mandarin) relevant to the local workforce
