Industrial Electrician | Paw Paw, MI
Salary Range: $55,000 - $87,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity
We partner with manufacturers across Paw Paw seeking Industrial Electricians who want more than a lateral move. These companies hire intentionally, and we connect them with professionals ready for roles that fit.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and components in a manufacturing environment.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical malfunctions using various testing devices.
- Perform preventative maintenance on electrical equipment and machinery.
- Interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies, including Lockout/Tagout procedures.
- Calibrate and adjust electrical equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Document all maintenance and repair work performed.
Recommended Qualifications
- Completion of an Industrial Electrician apprenticeship program or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Valid provincial/state electrician's license (e.g., Red Seal Endorsement in Canada, Journeyman Electrician in the US).
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in industrial electrical maintenance and troubleshooting within a manufacturing environment.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.
- Demonstrated experience with PLCs (e.g., Siemens, Allen-Bradley), VFDs, and motor control systems.
- Strong understanding of electrical safety procedures, codes (e.g., CSA, NEC), and regulations.
