Salary Range: $53,000 - $80,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Process bi-weekly payroll for hourly and salaried employees.
• Ensure accurate calculation of wages, overtime, and deductions.
• Administer and reconcile payroll-related benefits such as 401k and health insurance.
• Prepare and submit payroll tax filings and reports.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of federal and state payroll regulations.
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding pay, deductions, and timekeeping.
• Collaborate with HR and production management on timecard approvals and discrepancies.

Recommended Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience processing payroll in a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated proficiency with an ERP system (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Workday) for payroll processing.
• Strong understanding of federal, state, and local payroll tax regulations and compliance, including multi-state payroll.
• Experience with time and attendance systems and their integration with payroll.
• Ability to accurately process complex payrolls for a high volume of employees, including shift differentials, overtime, and incentive pay.
