Salary Range: $81,000 - $121,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement inventory control procedures to optimize stock levels and minimize waste.
• Oversee regular cycle counts and full physical inventories, ensuring accuracy and reconciling discrepancies.
• Analyze inventory data to identify trends, forecast demand, and make informed purchasing recommendations.
• Manage the disposition of obsolete and slow-moving inventory, minimizing financial loss.
• Collaborate with production, warehousing, and procurement teams to ensure smooth material flow and availability.
• Implement and maintain inventory management software and systems, ensuring data integrity.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in inventory management, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Proven experience with ERP systems and advanced inventory management software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on data-driven decision making.
• Demonstrated ability to implement and optimize inventory control processes.
• Certification in Inventory Management (e.g., CPIM, CSCP) is a plus.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with ERP system implementation or optimization.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
• APICS CSCP or CPIM certification.
• Project management experience, particularly with process improvement initiatives.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
