Salary Range: $100,000 - $147,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We are collaborating with manufacturing firms in Holland that are seeking skilled IT Managers. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and maintain all IT infrastructure and systems within manufacturing facilities.
• Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure data security and operational efficiency.
• Manage IT projects, including system upgrades, software implementations, and infrastructure improvements.
• Provide technical support and training to manufacturing personnel on IT systems and applications.
• Collaborate with production teams to identify and integrate new technologies that enhance manufacturing processes.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards related to IT systems and data management.
• Manage relationships with IT vendors and service providers.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in IT, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and the IT systems that support them (e.g., ERP, MES, SCADA).
• Proven experience with IT infrastructure management, including network, server, and cybersecurity best practices.
• Demonstrated ability to manage IT projects, budgets, and vendor relationships.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with SCADA systems or other industrial control systems.
• Familiarity with ERP systems commonly used in manufacturing (e.g., SAP, Oracle EBS).
• Certifications in ITIL, PMP, or other relevant project management/service delivery frameworks.
• Demonstrated experience in cybersecurity specific to operational technology (OT) environments.
• Understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles and how IT can support them.
