Salary Range: $67,000 - $106,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain server infrastructure, including virtual machines and physical servers.
• Administer and support network infrastructure, including switches, routers, firewalls, and wireless access points.
• Oversee and manage data backups, disaster recovery plans, and business continuity initiatives.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues across the manufacturing plant.
• Implement and enforce cybersecurity policies and procedures to protect IT assets and data.
• Manage and maintain user accounts, permissions, and access controls for various systems and applications.
• Evaluate, recommend, and implement new IT solutions and technologies to improve operational efficiency.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 3-5 years of experience in IT systems administration, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven experience with Microsoft Windows Server (2016/2019/2022) administration, Active Directory, Group Policy, and DNS.
• Strong understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, VPNs, VLANs, Wi-Fi) and experience managing network hardware (firewalls, switches, access points).
• Experience with virtualization technologies, particularly VMware vSphere or Microsoft Hyper-V.
• Familiarity with industrial control systems (ICS) or operational technology (OT) environments and their integration with IT systems.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) in a manufacturing context.
• Knowledge of industrial control systems (ICS) or SCADA.
• Familiarity with IoT devices and their integration into IT infrastructure.
• Experience supporting MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems).
