Salary Range: $95,000 - $142,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the maintenance and support of factory floor IT systems.
• Manage the IT infrastructure for manufacturing operations, including servers, networks, and cybersecurity.
• Lead the implementation of new technologies to improve production efficiency and data collection.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and data security standards for manufacturing data.
• Develop and manage the IT budget for manufacturing-specific hardware and software.
• Provide technical support and training to manufacturing personnel on IT systems.
• Collaborate with production teams to identify IT solutions for operational challenges.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in IT, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) and their application in manufacturing operations.
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, network administration, cybersecurity best practices, and data management in an industrial setting.
• Demonstrated ability to manage IT projects, budgets, and vendor relationships.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) in a manufacturing context.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices relevant to industrial control systems (ICS) and operational technology (OT).
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and their application to IT processes.
• Certifications such as ITIL, PMP, or specific vendor certifications (e.g., Cisco, Microsoft).
