Salary Range: $68,000 - $107,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement PLC programs for automated manufacturing systems.
• Troubleshoot and debug existing PLC programs and control systems.
• Collaborate with engineers and production staff to optimize machine performance.
• Perform routine maintenance and calibration of control systems and sensors.
• Create and maintain detailed documentation for PLC programs and system configurations.
• Participate in the design and commissioning of new equipment and production lines.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards in all programming activities.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience programming PLCs (e.g., Allen-Bradley, Siemens) in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficient in ladder logic, structured text, and function block diagram programming languages.
• Experience with HMI/SCADA development and integration.
• Strong understanding of industrial communication protocols (e.g., EtherNet/IP, Profinet, Modbus).

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with SCADA and HMI development.
• Familiarity with industrial communication protocols (e.g., Modbus, OPC UA, EtherNet/IP).
• Knowledge of object-oriented programming (OOP) principles and languages (e.g., Python, C#).
• Experience with robotic integration and programming.
• Understanding of database systems (e.g., SQL) for data logging and analysis.
