Salary Range: $138,000 - $189,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We are partnering with organizations in Montague that are seeking Plant Managers. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all daily plant operations, including production, quality, maintenance, and safety.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize production efficiency and reduce costs.
• Manage and mentor a diverse team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, environmental standards, and company policies.
• Develop and manage plant budgets, controlling expenses and driving profitability.
• Collaborate with sales, engineering, and supply chain teams to meet production targets and customer demands.
• Implement lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
• 7+ years of progressive leadership experience in manufacturing operations
• Proven track record of improving production efficiency, quality, and safety metrics
• Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies
• Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, control costs, and drive financial performance
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Proficiency in using Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software.
• Demonstrated ability to mentor and develop team members.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
