Salary Range: $94,000 - $141,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Drive the implementation of Lean Six Sigma methodologies across manufacturing operations.
• Lead cross-functional teams to identify and execute process improvement projects.
• Develop and deliver training programs on continuous improvement tools and principles.
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track improvement progress and sustain gains.
• Facilitate root cause analysis and problem-solving sessions to address operational inefficiencies.
• Champion a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence throughout the organization.
• Collaborate with leadership to define strategic improvement objectives and develop roadmaps.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least 3 years in a continuous improvement focused role.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
• Proven experience in leading and facilitating cross-functional improvement projects.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach.
• Demonstrated ability to train, mentor, and influence others in CI methodologies.
