Salary Range: $82,000 - $127,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate Lean/Six Sigma projects across manufacturing operations.
• Identify and analyze process inefficiencies and develop data-driven solutions.
• Drive the implementation of CI initiatives, ensuring sustainable improvements and ROI.
• Coach, mentor, and train employees on continuous improvement methodologies and tools.
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track CI project progress and impact.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, problem-solving, and waste reduction.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize improvement opportunities.

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt certification
• Experience with AI/ML-driven process optimization tools
• Demonstrated ability to coach and mentor cross-functional teams in CI methodologies
• Familiarity with Industry 4.0 technologies and their application in manufacturing
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
