Salary Range: $88,000 - $134,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity
We are partnering with organizations in Hart that are seeking Continuous Improvement Leaders. Key Responsibilities
- Drive the implementation of Lean Six Sigma methodologies across manufacturing operations.
- Lead and mentor cross-functional teams on continuous improvement projects, fostering a culture of problem-solving.
- Identify and analyze operational inefficiencies and waste, proposing and implementing data-driven solutions.
- Develop and deliver training programs on continuous improvement tools and principles for all levels of staff.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness of improvement initiatives.
- Facilitate Kaizen events and workshops to achieve rapid, incremental improvements in specific areas.
- Collaborate with leadership to define strategic continuous improvement goals and roadmaps.
Recommended Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
- 5+ years of experience leading continuous improvement initiatives in a manufacturing environment.
- Proven track record of delivering measurable results through process optimization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams.
