Salary Range: $84,000 - $129,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Drive the implementation of Lean Six Sigma methodologies across manufacturing operations.
• Lead and facilitate cross-functional teams in problem-solving and process optimization initiatives.
• Identify and prioritize opportunities for waste reduction, cost savings, and efficiency improvements.
• Develop and deliver training programs on continuous improvement tools and principles.
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and sustain improvements.
• Champion a culture of continuous improvement, fostering employee engagement and empowerment.
• Conduct regular process audits and assessments to ensure adherence to standards and identify new improvement areas.

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt certification.
• Experience with AI/ML applications in manufacturing process optimization.
• Proficiency in advanced statistical software (e.g., Minitab, JMP, R, Python for data analysis).
• Demonstrated success in implementing digital transformation initiatives within a manufacturing context.
• Experience coaching and mentoring other CI practitioners.
