Salary Range: $88,000 - $134,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Drive the implementation of Lean Six Sigma methodologies across manufacturing operations.
• Lead cross-functional teams to identify and execute process improvement projects.
• Develop and deliver training programs on continuous improvement tools and principles.
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track improvement effectiveness.
• Facilitate root cause analysis and problem-solving activities to address production inefficiencies.
• Champion a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence throughout the organization.
• Collaborate with leadership to define strategic improvement initiatives and roadmaps.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related technical field.
• 5+ years of experience in continuous improvement roles within a manufacturing environment.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification required.
• Proven track record of successfully leading and implementing CI projects with measurable results.
• Strong proficiency in data analysis and statistical process control (SPC) tools.
• Demonstrated ability to train, mentor, and influence at all levels of an organization.
