Salary Range: $85,000 - $130,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
• Develop and deliver training programs on Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Analyze manufacturing data to identify areas for waste reduction and efficiency gains.
• Drive the successful execution of continuous improvement projects, ensuring timely completion and measurable results.
• Champion a culture of continuous improvement across all levels of the organization.
• Mentor and coach employees on problem-solving techniques and CI tools.
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness of improvement initiatives.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related technical field.
• 5+ years of experience leading continuous improvement initiatives in a manufacturing environment.
• Black Belt or Master Black Belt certification in Lean Six Sigma.
• Proven experience in change management and influencing stakeholders across all levels.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve measurable results in process optimization and cost reduction.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and statistical process control (SPC).

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt certification
• Experience with AI-powered process optimization tools
• Familiarity with Industry 4.0 technologies and their application in CI
• Demonstrated ability to mentor and develop CI talent within an organization
