Salary Range: $67,000 - $101,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We partner with manufacturers across Hudsonville seeking Demand Planners who want more than a lateral move. These companies hire intentionally, and we connect them with professionals ready for roles that fit.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain demand forecasts for a portfolio of products.
• Analyze historical sales data, market trends, and promotional activities to improve forecast accuracy.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product development to gather market intelligence and understand demand drivers.
• Monitor inventory levels and work with supply chain to optimize stock for finished goods and raw materials.
• Identify and mitigate potential supply chain risks that could impact demand fulfillment.
• Utilize demand planning software and statistical models to generate accurate forecasts.
• Participate in S&OP meetings to present forecasts and discuss demand plans.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in demand planning or forecasting within a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in demand planning software (e.g., SAP IBP, Kinaxis, Anaplan) and advanced Excel skills.
• Strong analytical and statistical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
• Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

Bonus Qualifications

• APICS CPIM or CSCP certification
• Experience with a specific ERP system (e.g., SAP IBP, Kinaxis RapidResponse)
• Proficiency in advanced analytics tools (e.g., R, Python, SQL)
• Project management experience, particularly with system implementations or process improvements
