Salary Range: $66,000 - $99,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We are partnering with organizations in Hart that are seeking Demand Planners. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain demand forecasts for a portfolio of products.
• Analyze historical sales data, market trends, and promotional activities to improve forecast accuracy.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and production to align demand plans with business objectives.
• Monitor inventory levels and work with supply chain to optimize stock and minimize obsolescence.
• Identify and mitigate potential demand risks and opportunities.
• Utilize forecasting software and statistical models to generate accurate predictions.
• Present demand plans and key insights to cross-functional teams and leadership.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in demand planning or a similar role within a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in demand planning software (e.g., SAP APO, Kinaxis, Oracle Demantra) and advanced Excel skills.
• Strong analytical and statistical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and forecast trends.
• Experience with S&OP processes and cross-functional collaboration.
