Salary Range: $80,000 - $125,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We are collaborating with multiple companies in Zeeland seeking experienced Controls Engineers. These organizations value long-term fit and are looking for professionals who bring both skill and alignment. By joining our network, you gain access to opportunities tailored to your goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement control systems for manufacturing processes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with existing control systems, including PLCs, HMIs, and robotics.
• Develop and maintain electrical schematics, control narratives, and other technical documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., production, maintenance, IT) to optimize equipment performance.
• Program and configure industrial automation devices such as PLCs, VFDs, and servo drives.
• Conduct root cause analysis for control system failures and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements for control systems.
• Participate in the commissioning and startup of new equipment and production lines.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience designing, developing, and implementing industrial control systems.
• Proficiency in PLC programming (e.g., Allen-Bradley, Siemens) and HMI/SCADA development.
• Strong understanding of industrial networking protocols (e.g., Ethernet/IP, Profinet).
• Experience with robotic systems and vision systems integration.
