Salary Range: $51,000 - $75,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Process high volume of invoices accurately and efficiently, ensuring proper coding and approvals.
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Prepare and process weekly check runs, ACH payments, and wire transfers.
• Generate and distribute customer invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with terms.
• Monitor accounts receivable aging and initiate collection efforts for past due accounts.
• Maintain accurate records of all accounts payable and receivable transactions.

Recommended Qualifications

• Associate's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in accounts payable and receivable, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficient in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and accounting software.
• Strong understanding of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP).
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with an ERP system like SAP or Oracle.
• Proficiency in advanced Excel functions (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUPs).
• Certification in Accounts Payable (e.g., CAPA) or Accounts Receivable (e.g., CARA).
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and their impact on financial processes.
