Salary Range: $75,000 - $114,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with customers to define application requirements and specifications for manufacturing processes.
• Develop and test software solutions for controlling and optimizing manufacturing equipment.
• Provide technical support and training to customers on the use and maintenance of application software.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to application performance and integration.
• Create and maintain detailed documentation for application design, testing, and deployment.
• Participate in the full product development lifecycle, from concept to release, for manufacturing applications.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (e.g., Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial) or a related technical field.
• 3+ years of experience in applications engineering, technical sales, or field support within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, automation, and industrial control systems.
• Proven ability to interpret customer technical requirements and propose effective solutions.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
• Proficiency with CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) and other engineering tools.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, etc.)
• Familiarity with PLM/PDM systems
• Knowledge of scripting languages (Python, PowerShell) for automation
• Experience with data analysis and visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
