Salary Range: $48,000 - $74,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
- Process payroll, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and timely tax filings.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts, investigating and resolving discrepancies.
- Oversee general office operations, including ordering supplies, managing vendor relationships, and maintaining office equipment.
- Assist with human resources administrative tasks, such as onboarding new employees and maintaining personnel files.
- Prepare financial reports and assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures.
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
Recommended Qualifications
- 3-5 years of bookkeeping experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Proficient in QuickBooks Desktop and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Demonstrated ability to manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
- Experience with general office administration, including managing supplies and vendor relations.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
Bonus Qualifications
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs)
- Familiarity with manufacturing inventory management principles
- Experience with payroll processing for a varied workforce (hourly, salaried, overtime)
