Salary Range: $86,000 - $131,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy automation solutions for manufacturing processes.
• Troubleshoot, maintain, and optimize existing automation systems and equipment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and define project requirements.
• Develop and implement PLC programs, HMI interfaces, and robotic control systems.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for automation-related issues.
• Create and maintain detailed documentation for automation systems, including schematics, programs, and operating procedures.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field.
• 3+ years of experience in industrial automation and control systems (PLCs, HMIs, SCADA).
• Proficiency in programming languages relevant to automation (e.g., Python, C#, Ladder Logic).
• Demonstrated experience with robotics, vision systems, and motion control.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and lean principles.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with robotic process automation (RPA) tools like UiPath or Blue Prism.
• Familiarity with SCADA systems and industrial communication protocols (e.g., Modbus, OPC UA).
• Certification in relevant automation platforms (e.g., Siemens TIA Portal, Rockwell Studio 5000).
• Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) for presenting automation performance.
• Understanding of lean manufacturing principles and their application in automation projects.
