Salary Range: $51,000 - $72,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We partner with manufacturers across Charlotte seeking Bookkeepers who want more than a lateral move. These companies hire intentionally, and we connect them with professionals ready for roles that fit.

Key Responsibilities

• Process accounts payable and ensure timely vendor payments.
• Manage accounts receivable and apply customer payments accurately.
• Perform bank reconciliations and reconcile general ledger accounts.
• Assist with month-end and year-end close procedures.
• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Process payroll and ensure accurate tax filings.
• Prepare and submit sales tax returns.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience in bookkeeping or accounting, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated proficiency with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong understanding of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) relevant to manufacturing.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial record keeping.
• Ability to manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll functions efficiently.
