Salary Range: $49,000 - $70,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We are collaborating with multiple companies in Spring Lake seeking experienced Bookkeepers. These organizations value long-term fit and are looking for professionals who bring both skill and alignment. By joining our network, you gain access to opportunities tailored to your goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Process accounts payable and ensure timely vendor payments.
• Manage accounts receivable, including invoicing and collection activities.
• Reconcile bank statements and other financial accounts regularly.
• Maintain accurate general ledger entries and assist with month-end close procedures.
• Prepare and file sales tax returns and other government reports.
• Assist with inventory valuation and cost accounting processes.
• Support external audits by providing necessary documentation and information.

Recommended Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in bookkeeping, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP B1) and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong understanding of inventory costing, work-in-process, and manufacturing overhead.
• Demonstrated ability to reconcile accounts, manage accounts payable/receivable, and process payroll.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping.
