Salary Range: $84,000 - $129,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain EHS programs and policies to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Conduct regular EHS audits and inspections to identify potential hazards and recommend corrective actions.
• Lead incident investigations, root cause analysis, and implement preventative measures to reduce reoccurrence.
• Provide EHS training to employees at all levels, including new hire orientation and ongoing specialized training.
• Manage hazardous waste programs, including proper storage, labeling, and disposal.
• Maintain and update all required EHS documentation and permits.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate EHS considerations into operational processes and projects.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of progressive experience in EHS management within a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and other relevant EHS regulations and standards.
• Proven ability to develop, implement, and manage EHS programs and systems.
• Professional certification (e.g., CSP, CIH, CHMM) preferred.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
