Salary Range: $75,000 - $120,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We are partnering with organizations in Montague that are seeking Electrical Engineers. Key Responsibilities

• Designs, develops, and tests electrical equipment, components, and systems for manufacturing processes.
• Troubleshoots and resolves electrical issues in production machinery and control systems.
• Develops and implements preventative maintenance programs for electrical systems.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams to integrate new electrical systems into existing infrastructure.
• Ensures all electrical installations and modifications comply with safety standards and regulatory requirements.
• Provides technical support and training to maintenance personnel on electrical systems.
• Optimizes electrical system performance and efficiency to reduce energy consumption and operational costs.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in electrical design, testing, and troubleshooting within a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD Electrical, SolidWorks Electrical) for schematic design and panel layout.
• Strong understanding of industrial control systems, PLCs, HMIs, and motor control.
• Experience with electrical safety standards (e.g., NFPA 70E) and regulatory compliance.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with robotics or automated manufacturing systems.
• Familiarity with Six Sigma or Lean manufacturing principles.
• PLC programming experience (e.g., Allen-Bradley, Siemens).
• Project management certification (e.g., PMP, CAPM).
• Experience with vision systems or sensor integration.
