Salary Range: $49,000 - $76,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine calibration and preventative maintenance on manufacturing equipment.
- Troubleshoot and repair malfunctioning calibration equipment.
- Document calibration results, including out-of-tolerance conditions and corrective actions.
- Interpret and apply technical data from calibration procedures, manuals, and schematics.
- Maintain calibration standards and ensure their traceability to national or international standards.
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to address calibration-related issues.
- Adhere to quality management system procedures and relevant industry regulations.
Recommended Qualifications
- Associate's degree in a technical field (e.g., Electronics, Metrology, Mechatronics) or equivalent experience.
- 2+ years of experience performing calibrations on a variety of measurement equipment in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of metrology principles, calibration standards (e.g., ISO 17025, ANSI/NCSL Z540.3), and measurement uncertainty.
- Proficiency in using calibration software and creating/mainulating calibration certificates.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents, schematics, and equipment manuals.
