Salary Range: $54,000 - $81,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We are partnering with organizations in Holland that are seeking Buyers. These companies are committed to building strong teams and are looking for professionals who can lead initiatives effectively. Key Responsibilities

• Negotiate pricing and terms with suppliers to achieve cost savings and favorable conditions.
• Identify and onboard new suppliers to broaden the supply base and mitigate risk.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers to ensure consistent quality and delivery.
• Analyze market trends and supplier performance to inform purchasing strategies.
• Collaborate with engineering and production to ensure timely procurement of materials for manufacturing.
• Manage inventory levels to optimize working capital and minimize obsolescence.
• Issue purchase orders and manage the full procurement cycle from requisition to payment.

Recommended Qualifications

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite)
• APICS certification (e.g., CPIM, CSCP) or other relevant supply chain certifications
• Demonstrated ability to read and interpret technical drawings or specifications
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies
• Experience with international sourcing and import/export regulations
