Salary Range: $118,000 - $167,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of engineers, fostering their professional growth and development.
• Oversee the design, development, and improvement of manufacturing processes and equipment.
• Collaborate with production, quality, and supply chain teams to optimize operational efficiency.
• Manage engineering projects from concept to completion, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
• Implement and maintain engineering best practices, standards, and safety protocols.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality, reduce costs, and increase productivity.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
• 5+ years of experience in engineering within a manufacturing environment.
• 2+ years of experience in a leadership or management role.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor a team of engineers.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, lean principles, and quality systems.
• Proven project management skills with a track record of on-time and on-budget delivery.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with Six Sigma or Lean manufacturing methodologies.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) for manufacturing operations.
• Advanced degree (Master's or Ph.D.) in Engineering or a related technical field.
• Experience with automation and control systems (e.g., PLCs, SCADA).
