Salary Range: $99,000 - $146,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We are partnering with organizations in Wayland that are seeking Supply Chain Managers. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement supply chain strategies to optimize costs and improve efficiency.
• Manage supplier relationships, including negotiation, performance monitoring, and dispute resolution.
• Oversee inventory management, ensuring optimal stock levels to meet production demands while minimizing carrying costs.
• Lead demand planning and forecasting activities, collaborating with sales and production teams.
• Identify and mitigate supply chain risks, including disruptions, quality issues, and compliance concerns.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the supply chain, leveraging technology and best practices.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in supply chain management within a manufacturing environment
• Proven experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) for supply chain planning and execution
• Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles and their application to supply chain optimization
• Demonstrated ability to manage supplier relationships and negotiate contracts
• Certification in Supply Chain Management (e.g., CSCP, CPIM) a plus

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green/Black Belt certification
• APICS CSCP or CPIM certification
• Experience with SAP IBP or other advanced planning systems
• Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
• Project management certification (e.g., PMP)
