Production Supervisor | Holland, MI

Salary Range: $61,000 - $88,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We partner with manufacturers across Holland seeking Production Supervisors who want more than a lateral move. These companies hire intentionally, and we connect them with professionals ready for roles that fit.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production activities to ensure efficiency and quality.
• Monitor and enforce safety regulations and company policies.
• Train, coach, and evaluate production line personnel.
• Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and process issues.
• Collaborate with maintenance and quality control to optimize operations.
• Develop and implement production schedules to meet deadlines.
• Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and cost reduction.

Recommended Qualifications

• Associate's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least 1 year in a leadership role
• Demonstrated knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies
• Strong understanding of production processes, quality control, and safety regulations
• Proficiency in using manufacturing execution systems (MES) and enterprise resource planning (ERP) software

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Minitab)
• Bilingual in Spanish and English
