Salary Range: $77,000 - $117,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production operations to ensure efficiency and adherence to schedules.
• Develop and implement production plans, policies, and procedures to optimize output.
• Monitor product quality and implement corrective actions to maintain standards.
• Manage and mentor production staff, including hiring, training, and performance reviews.
• Control production costs and identify opportunities for cost reduction.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
• Collaborate with supply chain and engineering to resolve production issues and improve processes.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in a production leadership role within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven track record of improving production efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
• Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles, Six Sigma methodologies, and continuous improvement tools.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
• Proficiency in using Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems and other production management software.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Minitab)
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
