Salary Range: $64,000 - $91,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production activities, ensuring adherence to schedules and quality standards.
• Supervise, train, and mentor production line personnel, fostering a safe and productive work environment.
• Monitor equipment performance and coordinate maintenance to minimize downtime and optimize operational efficiency.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols and company policies to maintain a compliant and secure workplace.
• Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as quality control and logistics, to ensure smooth production flow and on-time delivery.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field (e.g., Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Technology) or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or lead role.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve production targets and quality standards.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, lean principles, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using manufacturing software and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Minitab)
• Bilingual in Spanish and English
