Salary Range: $64,000 - $91,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We are collaborating with manufacturing firms in Holt that are seeking skilled Production Supervisors. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production activities, ensuring adherence to schedules and quality standards.
• Supervise, train, and mentor production line personnel, fostering a safe and productive work environment.
• Monitor equipment performance and coordinate maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols and company policies.
• Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with other departments to optimize production flow and resolve issues.
• Manage raw material inventory and ensure efficient utilization.

Recommended Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing production, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or lead role.
• Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a production team to achieve targets and maintain quality standards.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a focus on data-driven solutions.
• Proficient in using manufacturing execution systems (MES) and other production management software.
• Demonstrated commitment to safety protocols and quality assurance in a manufacturing environment.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Minitab)
• Bilingual (e.g., Spanish, Mandarin)
• OSHA 30-hour certification
