Quality Supervisor | Delta Township, MI

Salary Range: $69,000 - $98,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We are collaborating with manufacturing firms in Delta Township that are seeking skilled Quality Supervisors. These organizations are dedicated to maintaining high standards and are looking for professionals who can contribute effectively. Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and train a team of quality inspectors and technicians.
• Develop and implement quality control procedures and standards.
• Conduct root cause analysis for product defects and recommend corrective actions.
• Oversee the inspection and testing of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods.
• Manage and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) in compliance with industry standards.
• Prepare and present quality performance reports to management.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and reduce waste.

Recommended Qualifications

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification
• Experience with ISO 9001:2015 audits
• Strong proficiency in statistical analysis software (e.g., Minitab, JMP)
• Demonstrated ability to mentor and train quality technicians
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related technical field
