Salary Range: $51,000 - $78,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We are partnering with organizations in Traverse City that are seeking Quality Inspectors. Key Responsibilities

• Perform in-process and final inspections of manufactured products.
• Utilize precision measuring instruments to verify product specifications.
• Document inspection results accurately and maintain detailed records.
• Identify and report non-conforming materials or products.
• Collaborate with production to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions.
• Conduct first article inspections and provide feedback on new product runs.
• Monitor adherence to quality control plans and standard operating procedures.

Recommended Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• 2+ years of experience in manufacturing quality inspection
• Proficient in blueprint reading and GD&T interpretation
• Experience with precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, CMM)
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and quality control principles
