Salary Range: $48,000 - $75,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We collaborate with manufacturing companies in the Delta Township region seeking Quality Inspectors. These employers partner with us because they want real insight into candidates—not just resumes. By joining our network, you gain access to roles worth considering.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform visual and dimensional inspections of raw materials, in-process components, and finished products.
• Utilize precision measurement tools such as calipers, micrometers, gauges, and CMMs to verify product specifications.
• Document inspection results accurately and maintain detailed records of quality data.
• Identify and report non-conforming materials or products, initiating appropriate corrective actions.
• Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality issues and implement preventive measures.
• Conduct first-article inspections and in-process checks to ensure adherence to quality standards throughout the manufacturing process.

Recommended Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• 2+ years experience in quality inspection within a manufacturing environment
• Proficiency with various measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gages)
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify defects
• Basic computer skills for data entry and report generation
