Quality Supervisor | Spring Lake, MI

Salary Range: $68,000 - $97,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain quality control systems and procedures.
• Supervise and train quality control staff on inspection and testing methods.
• Investigate and resolve customer complaints related to product quality.
• Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations.
• Analyze quality data and identify areas for process improvement.
• Collaborate with production to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
• Manage calibration and maintenance of quality inspection equipment.

Recommended Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing quality assurance or control.
• 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related technical field.
• Strong knowledge of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, IATF 16949).
• Proficiency in statistical process control (SPC) and other quality improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean).
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
