Quality Manager | Holland, MI

Salary Range: $94,000 - $141,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We partner with manufacturers across Holland seeking Quality Managers who want more than a lateral move. These companies hire intentionally, and we connect them with professionals ready for roles that fit.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement quality management systems (QMS) and procedures.
• Lead and manage the quality assurance team, including hiring and training.
• Oversee product inspection, testing, and defect analysis to ensure compliance with specifications.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and process efficiency.
• Manage customer feedback and non-conformance processes, including root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards, regulations, and internal quality policies.
• Conduct internal and external audits to assess QMS effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, manufacturing, or a related technical field.
• 5+ years of experience in quality assurance/control within a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated knowledge of ISO 9001 quality management systems and auditing.
• Proven ability to lead and develop quality teams, including training and performance management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
