Salary Range: $88,000 - $134,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We are collaborating with manufacturing firms in Kalamazoo that are seeking skilled Quality Managers. These organizations are dedicated to maintaining high standards and are looking for professionals who can contribute effectively. Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS).
• Lead and manage the quality assurance team.
• Oversee product inspection, testing, and release processes.
• Conduct internal and external audits to ensure compliance with standards and regulations.
• Analyze quality data to identify trends, root causes, and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage customer complaint resolution and corrective action processes.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related technical field.
• 7+ years of experience in quality management within a manufacturing environment.
• ASQ certifications (e.g., CQM/OE, CSSBB) highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and other relevant quality standards and methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
• Proven experience with quality system development, implementation, and continuous improvement.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a quality team, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
