Salary Range: $46,000 - $69,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We partner with manufacturers across Coopersville seeking Quality Technicians who want more than a lateral move. These companies hire intentionally, and we connect them with professionals ready for roles that fit.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-process and final product inspections, documenting findings and ensuring adherence to specifications.
• Perform root cause analysis for non-conforming products and implement corrective actions.
• Calibrate and maintain inspection, measuring, and test equipment to ensure accuracy.
• Assist in the development and revision of quality control procedures and work instructions.
• Monitor production processes to identify and address potential quality issues proactively.
• Participate in internal and external audits to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Collect and analyze quality data to identify trends and recommend improvements.

Recommended Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing quality role
• Proficiency in using precision measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges)
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications
• Strong understanding of statistical process control (SPC) and quality tools (e.g., Cause and Effect diagrams, Pareto charts)

Bonus Qualifications

• ASQ certifications (e.g., CQT, CQI)
• Experience with calibration of measurement tools
• Familiarity with Six Sigma or Lean manufacturing principles
• Proficiency in statistical software (e.g., Minitab, JMP)
