Salary Range: $66,000 - $93,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production activities to ensure efficiency and adherence to schedules.
• Supervise, train, and mentor production line personnel, fostering a safe and productive work environment.
• Monitor product quality and implement corrective actions to meet specifications and reduce defects.
• Collaborate with engineering and maintenance to troubleshoot equipment issues and optimize processes.
• Enforce company policies and safety regulations, conducting regular inspections and training.
• Manage inventory levels for raw materials and finished goods, coordinating with supply chain.
• Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement cost-saving measures.

Recommended Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing production, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, lean principles, and quality control systems.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve production targets and maintain high-quality standards.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using manufacturing software and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification
• Experience with ERP systems like SAP or Oracle
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Power BI)
• Bilingual in Spanish or another relevant language
