Salary Range: $81,000 - $126,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the full project lifecycle from initiation to closure for manufacturing projects.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, production, and quality assurance.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.
• Monitor project progress and performance, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
• Ensure all projects adhere to safety, quality, and regulatory standards within manufacturing.
• Manage project budgets, track expenditures, and ensure cost-effective resource utilization.

Recommended Qualifications

• 5+ years experience managing manufacturing projects from conception to completion.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficient in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Jira) and ERP systems.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quality control, and supply chain management.
• PMP or other recognized project management certification.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business, or a related field.
